With this project, we want to give mothers with a migration background a low-threshold offer for professional integration. By learning about topics relevant to work and everyday life, the women can develop personally and professionally and thus improve their living situation in the long term. Our project is aimed at mothers with a migrational background who are seeking gainful employment, vocational training or to obtain a school-leaving certificate. In particular, we also address mothers with a recognised asylum and refugee status. The project offers women the opportunity for professional orientation and qualification in four modules:
-
Module 1: Reconciliation of family and work
-
Module 2: Society and culture
-
Module 3: Vocational orientation/qualification
-
Module 4: Personal skills development
The training tak
es place on up to four mornings per week, Friday is a self-study day. The women work independently on questions related to the above modules. Each participant is supported individually through one-on-one coaching.
